General Instructions for Booking Online Appointment

• Appointments can be booked up to one month in advance. A second appointment by an applicant can be booked only after cancelling or availing the already booked appointment.
• Cancellation of appointment is possible until 1 hour before the time of appointment. The ICAC will not entertain any request with regard to late arrivals by the applicant. In such a case, applicants must book a new appointment.
• Any misuse of the appointment system, false claims, or pretext of emergency may render the applicant liable for denial of services subsequently.
• Time for submission of applications is between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM on all working days.
• The time for collection of documents is between 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM on all working days. Applicants may collect multiple documents belonging to themselves only. The applicant should carry his/her Passport or ID card at the time of visiting the ICAC.
• The applicant must ensure that he/she carries the original receipt given at the time of submission of application for document collection.
• Applicants are directed to strictly adhere to their appointment time. Late arrivals will not be entertained.
• Please carry the digital copy of the appointment confirmation email.
